Santa Clarita City Hall

The Santa Clarita City Hall building was damaged in the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. Construction documents were prepared to incorporate new seismic bracing utilizing dampers. Bracing was added around the perimeter of the existing 3 story steel-framed City Hall.

All construction work was done in the evenings to allow staff continued use of the building.

Construction completed in July 2014 with a construction cost of $1.13 million.

All work within this portfolio was done while working for Bastien and Associates, Inc. July 1997 – December 2014 and Alan L. Stump Architect, Inc. December 2014 to present as noted on each project.
