Arri Inc. is a wholely owned subsidiary of Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GMBH, based in Munich Germany. The parent company has been in the business of designing and building professional motion picture production equipment for 100 years. The use for this building is for wholesale of motion picture camera and lighting equipment to the film industry.

The building was designed for ARRI as a "build to suit". It is two story tilt up, completing construction in March 2019.
