Backlot Burbank consisted of building renovation and interior improvements of this 26,500 sq.ft. space. Construction was completed in June 2017.

The lobby was transformed into a two-story volume and new mezzanine opening created. Renovations also included an open office space with polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings. Outside, a new canopy highlights the entryway.
