The Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital project consisted of new tenant improvement work to provide administrative offices for the hospital, including a Board Room and new Reception/Lobby space on the 3rd Floor. New Training Rooms and Simulation Room for nurse training were constructed on the 1st Floor.

 

This project required working closely with Department Directors to provide extensive programming and space requirements, as well as following through on Design Development through construction documents and Construction.

 

Construction was completed in April 2014 with a $1.1 million construction cost.
