This 21,482 square foot building was completed in 2008 for Mann Biomedical Park and the new tenant Boston Scientific- developers of medical devices.

 

This project involved the remodel/alteration of an existing warehouse building. This project also involved the construction of a new second floor, as well as reskinning the building by removing large areas of non-structural concrete panels and leaving the existing steel frame and concrete retaining walls in place.

 

Site alterations and ADA upgrades were also completed.

 

Tenant Improvements included: Offices, Lobby, Conference Rooms, Call Center, Kitchen/Break Area, and Restroom Core.
