Building 3

Mann Biomedical Park

This 29,041 square foot project was completed in 2007 at a cost of $5.5 million for Mann Biomedical Park. The new office space is used by Bioness, developers of medical devices designed to provide electrical stimulation, to help patients regain mobility after a stroke, and to support those with Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy and spinal chord injuries.

This project was a remodel/alteration of an existing warehouse building. It included adding a new second floor, reskinning the building by removing concrete panels from steel frames and replacing these with new steel stud and stucco walls. The project also included seismic and site alterations along with ADA upgrades.

Tenant Improvements included: Offices, Lobby, Restroom Core, Conference Rooms, Call Center, Portable Clean Rooms and Lab areas.
